• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally in company vehicle

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Territory Sales Representatives to surpass regional goals
• Build and maintain relationships with national, regional, and independent retail accounts via weekly visits
• Partner with Regional and Division Managers to design, budget, and execute high-impact sales programs
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to maximize brand ACV
• Design and implement high-exposure product displays and optimized planograms
• Launch flawless promotional and marketing programs to maximize investment returns and elevate the Olé brand
