Lakeshore Learning Materials, LLC is seeking a Director of Retail Sales to own revenue for our retail channel. Expect ~75% travel, partnership with the VP of Stores, and accountability for revenue, strategy, and program execution across multiple locations.

The role demands a commercially sharp leader with data-driven planning, strong program design, and the ability to motivate teams toward measurable growth and customer engagement.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive retail sales leadership with multi-unit scope.
• 3+ years carrying a revenue number or P&L with proven results.
• Proven track record designing and scaling sales programs across multiple stores.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis skills.
• Willingness to travel ~75% and reside in the Midwest.

Responsabilidades

• Own revenue production for Lakeshore’s retail channel with VP oversight.
• Set selling strategies, priorities and recovery plans for stores.
• Lead chain-wide selling programs and store-level execution.
• Define measurable sales plans and track KPIs across locations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising and Education teams.
