Job summary

Toast is expanding its offerings into new verticals and is seeking a Retail Account Executive to join the founding team. You will prospect, build relationships, and sign up convenience stores, grocery stores and bottle shops across an assigned geographic territory.

Using a consultative approach, you will develop customized solutions, deliver demos, and partner with teams across the business to ensure that promises made during the sales cycle are met in delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, build relationships, and sign up new convenience stores, grocery stores and bottle shops across assigned territory.
• Generate prospect lists and manage entire sales cycle from initial call to close.
• Conduct demos and develop tailored solutions for prospects.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure delivery aligns with sales commitments.
• Leverage Salesforce to manage all sales activities.
• Understand competitive landscape and position Toast effectively.
