Job summary

You will align brand vision with in-store execution, drive sales growth, manage Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development, and coach behaviors that deliver a best-in-class service culture. The role focuses on coaching, accountability, and building capabilities while ensuring SOPs are followed and community engagement

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience leading others.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and employees.
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around store areas.
• Flexible schedule including travel, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Business acumen.
• Time management skills.
• Strong planning and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze results, identify opportunities, and drive KPIs with leadership.
• Forecast and schedule to drive profitable sales.
• Manage store budget for daily operations in support of the P&L.
• Build productive teams through sourcing, selecting and developing people.
• Coach and provide feedback to improve team performance.
• Teach and train to build capabilities.
• Lead SOP implementation and initiatives.
• Create an inclusive environment.
• Maximize efficiencies and productivity through action plans.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Represent the brand and monitor competitors.
• Promote community involvement.
• Leverage OMNI to deliver frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure compliance standards are met.
