Victra Apex, NC seeks a hands-on General Manager to guide a high-performing team and deliver guest-first experiences. You’ll own store results, coach your Assistant GM, and lead day-to-day operations with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

You’ll motivate through performance incentives and stay ahead of promotions, training, and customer service excellence. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail sales, 2 years in leadership, and a proven record in a commissions-based environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Strong interview skills and staffing knowledge.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Responsabilités

• Hire, develop, and mentor the store team.
• Coach the sales process to deliver Every Guest, Every Time.
• Own store sales, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, labor, marketing, and loss prevention.
• Lead with brand values and participate in leadership calls.
