Victra is seeking a General Manager in a fast-paced retail environment in Southern Shores, NC. You will coach and develop your team to achieve strong sales results while maintaining store operations and financial discipline.

You will own hiring, training, and talent development, lead daily store performance, and coordinate with district leadership to implement promotions and traffic strategies. Strong communication is essential.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role in retail sales
• Experience in a commissions-based sales environment
• Strong interview and staffing knowledge
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak season

Responsabilidades

• Lead talent management: hiring, coaching, and developing the sales team
• Own store performance metrics: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, labor and loss prevention
• Drive guest experience: ensure Every Guest, Every Time and resolve escalations
• Teach and reinforce the sales process; provide ongoing training and support
• Partner with district leadership to share best practices and drive traffic
