Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer is hiring a General Manager in South Carolina to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will mentor the Assistant GM, own staffing, budgeting, and reporting, and partner with district leadership to scale success.

We seek a proven retail leader with 1–3 years in sales, 2 years in supervision, and a track record of hitting goals.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
• Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsabilités

• Talent management — selecting, hiring, and developing the best talent for the store.
• Own the hiring process: interview, select, and onboard new talent.
• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales objectives.
• Own store numbers and overall sales performance; manage staffing, scheduling, and labor controls.
• Oversee marketing and loss prevention; review metrics daily and adjust strategies.
• Lead as a brand advocate and communicate company priorities to the team.
