Job summary

Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer in Greenville, SC seeks a General Manager who shapes guest experience, coaches a team, and drives sales while maintaining operational excellence. You will develop the Assistant General Manager and lead with accountability across budgeting, forecasting, and reports.

You’ll mentor staff and champion performance, collaboration, integrity, and innovation. You will guide hiring, training, and day-to-day store leadership while delivering Every Guest, Every Time.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail sales experience, with 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December.

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for your store: interview, select, and recruit top talent.
• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
• Drive store sales and manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Set the guest greeting standard and own escalations.
• Lead brand advocacy and collaborate with district leadership.
• Think strategically about traffic and promotions.
• Run the store like a business with staffing and scheduling oversight.
