Job summary

Victra is hiring a General Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead guest experiences and drive sale targets while maintaining store operations excellence. You will coach your team, mentor the Assistant General Manager, and own budgeting and forecasting, with paid training provided.

You will also communicate the company vision, implement training plans, and act as a brand advocate to maximize performance and guest satisfaction across the store.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
• Strong interview skills and staffing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and drive sales performance.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the store.
• Mentor and develop the Assistant General Manager and staff.
• Lead the store to meet or exceed monthly targets and KPI metrics.
