Job summary

Victra is seeking a General Manager in Seattle to lead the store, coach the team, and drive performance. You will manage day-to-day operations, budget, forecast, and report results while mentoring the Assistant GM and delivering the Victra guest experience “Every Guest, Every Time.”

You will oversee talent management, set sales goals, and champion new tools to attract and retain customers, with a focus on leadership and strategic store operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
• Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.

Responsibilities

• Talent Management – Selecting, hiring, and developing the best talent for the store.
• Own the hiring process: interview, select, and bring in top talent; build and mentor your team.
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
• Results Driven – Owning store numbers and performance.
• Own store success and staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, and loss prevention.
• Keep score daily by reviewing key metrics and adjusting proactively.
• Customer Focus – Deliver complete solutions to guests.
• Set the standard for Victra’s guest experience and resolve escalations promptly.
• Stay updated on promotions to meet current and future guest needs.
• Relationship Building – Earn talent and trust beyond the store.
• Attract and retain top-caliber employees and collaborate with district leadership.
• Change Management – Champion new tools and traffic strategies.
• Lead adoption of new sales tools and initiatives.
• Strategic Thinking – Run the store like a business.
• Involve in budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and store-wide reporting.
• Inspirational Leadership – Lead as a brand advocate.
• Communicate objectives and priorities clearly to the team.
