Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon authorized retailer, seeks a General Manager to lead a high‑performing store team in a fast‑paced sales environment in Green Bay, WI. You will hire, coach, and mentor staff, drive sales, and own store performance and operations, including budgeting and forecasting.

You will manage guest experiences, implement corporate vision, and act as a brand advocate, with a strong emphasis on Every Guest, Every Time and results‑driven leadership.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
• 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, interviewing, selecting and developing the best talent for the store.
• Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
• Coach and reinforce the sales process with Every Guest, Every Time.
• Provide ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales goals, retention, quality, and service objectives.
• Own store numbers, staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, and loss prevention.
• Review daily sales and operational metrics and act on gaps.
• Set the standard for guest greeting and resolve escalations promptly.
• Communicate objectives and priorities to the team and participate in leadership calls.
