You will manage hiring and training, develop growth strategies, and maintain strong relationships with lenders, installers, and contractors. This role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and a customer‑centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Plans and develops growth of the operation and evaluates markets.
• Hire, train, and develop Sales Center staff for long-term productivity.
• Conduct regular training programs for all employees.
• Support team to prioritize leads and move transactions through the pipeline.
• Ensure processes are followed throughout the sales process.
• Create and maintain relationships with lenders, installers, and contractors.
• Maintain a pristine Sales Center appearance and customer friendliness.
