Job summary

Epic Home Solutions, a Naples-based residential construction company, seeks an experienced General Manager to own day-to-day operations and guide growth. You will oversee PMs, estimating, sales, field operations, and admin while monitoring profitability and customer experience.

The role combines construction knowledge with financial leadership, people management, and scalable processes to move the business toward its long-term revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in residential construction or related field.
• Strong leadership experience managing people, projects, or departments.
• Experience managing or overseeing Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing P&L, job costing, budgets, and gross margin.
• Willingness to travel locally between office and project sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and PMs.
• Manage project management, estimating, sales, field operations, and administrative functions.
• Monitor company-wide financial performance and project profitability.
• Review job costing, margins, budgets, change orders, and profitability.
• Visit jobsites to review quality and resolve escalated issues.
• Develop SOPs, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Drive adoption of company technology and operating systems.
• Ensure smooth handoffs from sales/estimating to production.
