Job summary

Arona Home Essentials is seeking a General Manager to drive overall store performance and profitability. You will manage P&L, recruit and develop a strong team, and ensure operational excellence across all store functions.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of energy and professional appearance.
• History of selling skills and strong organizational ability.
• Proven managerial capability and a clean driving record.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; bilingual ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store P&L and drive asset protection, revenue, and growth.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop store associates; manage scheduling.
• Close lease agreements with a focus on customer relations and renewals.
• Ensure daily store operations, banking, inventory, and reporting compliance.
• Lead customer care programs and adherence to company policies.
