Job summary

Alta Cima Corp dba Factory Expo Home Centers and Factory Select Homes in Cleveland, TN seeks a General Manager to lead the retail sales center. You will oversee Housing Consultants, Project Coordinators, and staff to ensure a seamless customer journey from lead to delivery and satisfaction.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong sales management, coaching, operational oversight, and a commitment to building a high-performing team culture that delivers profitability and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales or sales management experience.
• Previous leadership or management experience required.
• Manufactured housing or related industry experience preferred but not required.
• Sales license may be required depending on state/location and must be obtained if applicable.
• Saturdays are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, train, and develop housing consultants and coordinators.
• Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture.
• Provide ongoing sales training, coaching, and performance development.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and performance standards.
• Drive sales performance and location profitability.
• Maintain professional model homes and customer-ready offices.
