Job summary

Alta Cima Corp, dba Factory Expo Home Centers, is seeking a General Manager for our Seguin, TX retail center. This hands-on leadership role directs Housing Consultants, Project Coordinators, and Admin staff to drive sales, service, and location profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, train, and develop Housing Consultants, Project Coordinators, and Administrative Assistants.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture.
• Conduct ongoing sales training, role-playing, coaching, and performance development.
• Hold team members accountable to processes, standards, and expectations.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and development of staff.
• Provide regular feedback, mentoring, and performance management.
• Collaborate with Regional Management and Corporate Departments to support location success.
• Drive sales performance and profitability of the location.
• Support lead management, follow-up, and closing strategies.
• Monitor lead response times and customer engagement.
• Ensure a great customer buying experience from start to finish.
• Help resolve escalated customer concerns and sales issues.
• Maintain product knowledge and industry awareness.
• Ensure contracts, pricing, and deals are accurate.
• Ensure operational procedures are followed and deal progression is managed.
• Coordinate with Project Coordinators on deal progression and timelines.
• Oversee deal flow, contracts, and customer expectations.
• Maintain professional showroom and office environments.
• Support compliance with policies and licensing.
• Promote a customer-first culture and consistent communication.
• Assist team in resolving customer concerns professionally.
• Create welcoming, informed, and valued customer experiences.
• Other duties as assigned.
