Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy retail location in New Mexico. You will oversee staffing, training, and day-to-day operations while ensuring sales goals and store standards are met.

Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, inventory control, merchandising and customer service excellence in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with retail management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of management experience in retail preferred.
• Experience applying federal/state labor laws and company policies.

Responsibilities
