You will bridge the brand vision with in-store execution across Customer Operations, Merchandising, Product Operations, and talent development, coaching the team to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will drive profitable sales growth through forecasting, scheduling, and effective budget management, while ensuring compliance and an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience leading others.
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to travel and work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication with customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes results and collaborates with leadership to drive KPIs.
• Forecasts and schedules to drive profitable sales.
• Manages store budget for daily operations to support P&L.
• Builds productive teams through sourcing, selecting and developing people.
• Coaches and provides feedback to optimize performance.
• Teaches and trains to build capabilities across the team.
• Leads SOPs and initiatives to ensure consistency.
• Creates an inclusive environment for staff and customers.
• Implements action plans to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Performs Service Leader duties and represents the brand.
• Promotes community involvement and a frictionless OMNI customer experience.
• Ensures compliance with standards.
