Job summary

Rooms To Go is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, uncover furnishing needs, and drive sales with a consultative approach. You will work with a team to reach sales goals, explain financing and protection plans, and demonstrate product value across our extensive furniture line.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred, but not required (will train the right candidate)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
• AOL to use current electronic devices, such as tablets and touch screens
