Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Duluth, MN is hiring for a frontline retail associate to promote a highly-satisfied customer experience and drive loyalty. You will support multiple store areas, train Associates, and ensure accurate cash handling and compliant operations.

You will collaborate with teams to maintain merchandising standards, safety procedures, and efficient register coverage, delivering exceptional service while adhering to company directives.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent degree preferred.
• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift heavy merchandise with/without accommodations.
• Able to train and provide direction to others; able to run a register.

Responsibilities

• Promote a highly-satisfied customer experience and loyalty.
• Train and mentor Associates on frontline execution and policies.
• Assign registers and coordinate breaks for optimal coverage on the floor.
• Maintain cash controls and ensure adherence to cash-handling procedures.
• Uphold merchandising and loss prevention standards in the queue-line and store.
• Support safety, teamwork, and store policy adherence across shifts.
