Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Role models customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to procedures.
• Support store recovery and upkeep of cleanliness and organization throughout the day.
• Maintain safety and adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Support and participate in safety awareness and a safe work environment.
• Other duties as assigned by store leadership.
