Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service abilities.
• Able to lift heavy merchandise with/without accommodations.
• Able to run a register and handle cash with discretion.
• Experience in retail supervisory roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote a highly satisfied customer experience and drive loyalty.
• Train and mentor associates on frontline execution and policies.
• Maintain cash controls and oversee change fund.
• Assign registers and coordinate breaks for optimal coverage.
• Monitor frontline equipment and report issues to management.
• Uphold merchandising, safety, and loss-prevention standards.
