Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end leader to oversee a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt and courteous customer service and active promotion of loyalty programs.

You will model excellent service and support Associates in delivering a personalized customer experience. Responsibilities include coordinating registers, mentoring staff, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining store operations in alignment with policies and labor laws.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
