TJX Companies’ TJ Maxx store in Sykesville, MD seeks a Front End Leader to promote an outstanding customer experience and supervise associates on the sales floor. You will train staff, coordinate registers and breaks, and help maintain a clean, organized store while delivering friendly service.

You will lead by example, support loyalty programs, and ensure compliance with policies while fostering teamwork and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
• Capable of multi-tasking and strong organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of associates at front of store
• Promotes loyalty programs and customer experience
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, coordinates breaks
• Ensures adherence to labor laws, policies, and store procedures
• Trains and mentors associates on front-end principles
• Addresses customer concerns promptly
