Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Inc. is hiring for a Retail Front End Team Leader in Emporia, KS. You will lead a sales team, enhance customer experience, and manage front-end operations to support store goals.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in retail, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will drive performance, safety, and staffing while promoting Ollie’s values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end, entrance, and exterior standards while driving associate productivity and customer service standards.
• Assist with payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reporting.
• Lead donation programs and Ollie’s Army sign-up and membership.
• Lead monthly safety meetings and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
• Assist with hiring, development, supervision, and scheduling of store Associates.
• Support merchandising execution and ensure pricing updates are completed as required.
• Perform all Team Leader functions to open and close the store when needed.
