Ollie’s Bargain Outlet is seeking a Retail Front End Team Leader to direct the front-end operations and develop a service-driven team. You will lead a sales team focused on delivering a great customer experience and will manage associate development, safety, and store maintenance.

The role involves payroll coordination, daily task assignment, and collaboration with merchandising and pricing teams. A minimum of 1–2 years in retail supervision and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and team player with customers and associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end, entrance, and exterior standards; drive productivity and customer service.
• Assist with payroll budgets, expenses, banking, shrink reduction, and related reporting.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure follow-up actions.
• Hire, develop, supervise, and schedule store associates.
• Support merchandising execution and pricing updates.
