Job summary

Marshalls in Little Rock, AR is seeking a front-end leader to promote an excellent customer experience and supervise Associates on the sales floor. You’ll model great service, train teammates, and ensure tasks align with store goals while supporting loyalty programs.

With at least 1 year in retail and 6 months in leadership, you’ll coordinate registers, assist customers, and help maintain a safe, organized environment. Starting pay ranges from $14.00 to $14.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to train others

Responsibilities

• Create a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promote loyalty programs and a culture of integrity
• Train and mentor front end Associates
• Assign registers and coordinate breaks

• Ensure store tasks align with the store plan
