Responsibilities

• Promote excellent customer experience and lead by example at the front of the store.
• Oversees a team of Associates and ensures prompt, courteous service.
• Assigns registers, coordinates POS coverage and breaks.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and maintains a clean, organized store.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws, policies, and safety procedures.
