Job summary

Burlington Stores in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will supervise front-end operations, coach associates, and partner with management to drive service and results.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big-box, or specialty retail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big-box, or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety and adherence to company guidelines for customers and associates.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
