Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, coordinates breaks for all Associates, and supports POS coverage needs.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs and ensures adherence to labor laws and store policies.
