Job summary

TJ Maxx in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a Front End Lead to promote an excellent customer experience. You will oversee Associates at the front of the store, lead by example, and ensure a clean, organized environment while training staff on loyalty programs.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of retail experience and some leadership exposure. Starting pay ranges from USD $16.00 to $16.50 per hour, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within the TJX family.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
