Burlington Stores in the United States is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team in Michigan. You will supervise store operations, coach Associates, and support front-end functions with a focus on delivering friendly, professional service.

This role drives sales through training, scheduling, safety compliance, and partnership with Store Management.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise all store functions and associates while in the role of Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to guidelines.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to prevent shortage.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
