Job summary

Burlington Stores in Walker, MI is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor / Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will oversee front-end operations, train and coach associates, and partner with management to drive sales and exceptional customer service.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail, the ability to work a full-time schedule including nights/weekends/holidays, and the physical capacity to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a big-box, off-price, or specialty retail setting.
Strong interpersonal and customer-service mindset; positive, engaging attitude.
Willingness to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Ability to move/lift items up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
Coach and develop direct reports to maximize sales results.
Ensure safety and uphold company guidelines for customers and associates.
