Burlington Stores in Michigan is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You’ll work with Management in merchandising, customer service, operations, and HR, supervising front-end operations as Manager on Duty.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail.

Aufgaben

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, coaching, and development of direct reports.
• Promote safety and adherence to company guidelines for customers and associates.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues and make informed decisions while supervising front-end operations.
• Reinforce Asset Protection to prevent shrinkage.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal/break periods and ensure schedule adherence.
