Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-focused communication.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Coach and develop direct reports to maximize sales results.
• Promote safety by following company guidelines for customers and staff.
• Foster a diverse, teamwork-driven culture.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to ensure strong service.
• Support asset protection to reduce shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
