Job summary

Burlington Stores in Farmington Hills, MI is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor. You will be part of the store leadership team, supervising front-end operations and working with management on merchandising, customer service, and HR.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year supervisory experience in our off-price environment, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an off-price, big-box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to move/handle/lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates while in the role of Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, developing, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
