Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor / Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team in Michigan. You will supervise store operations, coach and develop associates, and drive sales while upholding safety and customer service standards.

You will partner with management in merchandising, operations, and HR, participate in weekly planning, and contribute to a diverse, inclusive workplace that values teamwork and partnerships.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail settings.
• Strong interpersonal, coaching, and training abilities.
• Proven leadership to drive teamwork and results.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise store operations as Manager on Duty.
• Train, develop, and coach direct reports to maximize sales.
• Promote safety and uphold company guidelines for customers and associates.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new staff.
• Coordinate workload planning and schedule adherence.
• Support community relations through company programs and partnerships.
