Burlington Stores in the United States is hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will work closely with Store Management in Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Human Resources to guide daily front-end operations.

This role focuses on coaching associates, delivering exceptional service, maintaining safety, and sustaining a diverse, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions as Manager on Duty to drive operations.
• Develop and coach direct reports to maximize sales.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines.
• Foster diversity and teamwork across the store.
• Handle issues and make informed decisions on front-end operations.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in workload planning and scheduling.
