Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience.
• Oversees a team of associates at front of store and promotes loyalty programs.
• Lead by example by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor associates on front end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks and respond to POS coverage needs.
• Address customer concerns and ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure adherence to store plan and labor policies.
• Communicate priorities to management and associates and provide updates.
• Promote safety and shrink reduction initiatives.
