Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC. is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from merchandising to assisting customers. You will be cross-trained to assist at the cash register and switch to front-end duties as needed.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, stocking, maintaining cleanliness, and processing transactions while ensuring a safe, friendly shopping environment. Prior retail/service experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in retail or related fields is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills are required.
• Basic math for cash handling is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking products as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness and neatness throughout the store.
• Providing friendly, respectful interactions with customers and staff.
• Handling sales transactions at the cash register.
• Safeguarding cash and protecting company assets.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.
