Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from merchandising to assisting customers. You will be cross-trained to operate the cash register and handle front-end duties as needed, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, stocking, maintaining store cleanliness, and handling transactions with integrity. The role requires good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Assist with cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Manage sales transactions on the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
