Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, including merchandising and customer assistance. You will be cross-trained to operate the cash register and switch to front-end duties as needed, while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for customers and staff.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and frequent walking.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely according to productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining store cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, trash, and overall presentation.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and associates.
• Managing sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
