Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform frequent movement and standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations from merchandising to supporting customers.
• Cross-train to support cash register and front-end duties as needed.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and a welcoming store environment.
• Manage sales transactions and protect cash and company assets.
