Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee front-end operations and maximize customer experience, sales, and merchandising at our Chester County location.

You will hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff, set goals, and coordinate across departments to support all aspects of store operations. You’ll manage inventory, POS processes, and ensure safe, compliant operations while delivering excellent donor and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• One (1) year of retail production supervisory experience required.
• One (1) year goal setting and tracking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maximizes sales performance through proper rotation, display, signage, and inventory of processed merchandise. Meet or exceed sales goals on a consistent basis.
• Hires, orients, trains, develops, coaches, disciplines, evaluates performance, and terminates staff assigned. Reviews job descriptions annually and sets performance criteria.
• Ensures quality customer service from employees to customers, donors, and coworkers.
• Oversees training and merchandising guidelines.
