Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead front-end operations, maximize customer experience, and drive store performance. You will supervise staff, train and coach, manage security, merchandising, and daily POS workflows, and partner with the Store Manager to meet sales goals and ensure adherence to policies across locations in the GKA system.

Responsibilities

Maximizes sales through proper rotation, display, signage, and inventory of merchandise.
Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and terminate staff as needed.
Ensure quality customer service and timely, courteous interactions with customers and donors.
Manage security, cash handling, and compliance with asset protection policies.
Oversee new goods inventory, merchandising, and POS operations; coordinate with IT for system updates.
Provide backup to Production Manager and support store-wide tasks.
