Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the front-end operations at the Warminster store. You will focus on maximizing customer experience, sales, round up, production, rotation and merchandising.

The role requires hiring, training, coaching staff, and maintaining high service standards. You will also manage inventory, interact with the POS system, ensure safety and asset protection, and support management with store initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year of retail production supervisory experience is required.
• One year of goal setting and tracking experience is required.
• Internal applicants may waive the supervisory requirement after 90 days with completion of leadership and HR modules.

Responsibilities

• Maximizes sales through rotation, display, signage and inventory of merchandise.
• Hires, trains, coaches, evaluates performance and promotes a team-based approach.
• Ensures quality customer service is provided to customers, donors, and employees.
• Oversees new goods inventory and daily merchandising activities.
• Interfaces with the POS system and supports IT with updates; ensures timely paperwork.
• Provides backup to the Production Manager as needed.
• Completes other assignments designated by management.
• Deposits all monetary donations from coin boxes.
• Promotes safety and asset protection practices and enforces cash-handling procedures.
• Communicates progress and concerns to the Store Manager.
