Job summary

Goodwill Keystone Area in Pennsylvania is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support store leadership in front-end operations and donated goods workflow, focusing on customer experience and merchandise processing.

You will participate in inventory, sales floor presentation, training of associates, cash handling, opening/closing, and safety compliance, reporting to Store Manager. This role requires strong communication and flexibility.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; relevant experience preferred.
Experience in retail or donor environments is a plus.
Ability to handle cash and basic calculations with accuracy.

Responsibilities

Assist front-end operations to maximize sales and customer service.
Represent Goodwill Keystone Area with a positive, courteous attitude.
Train and develop sales associates; ensure merchandising guidelines are followed.
Open/close procedures, cash handling, and register procedures.
Support staff, enforce policies and safety procedures; maintain inventory and displays.
Interview candidates and support associate evaluations when needed.
Back up Customer Service Manager as required.
