Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous service and loyalty program promotion
• Assigns registers and coordinates breaks for all Associates
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly for a positive experience
• Ensures tasks align with store plan and priorities are communicated to the team
• Promotes safety and adheres to labor laws and store policies
