Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting cashiers promptly.
• Open additional registers to minimize wait times during peak hours.
• Create and enforce front-end work schedules to meet business needs.
• Assist with sales transactions and various payment types in compliance with policies.
• Handle refunds, overrides, and cash handling as needed.
• Enforce dress code and monitor breaks per policy.
