Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong merchandising techniques understanding
• Ability to multitask and stay organized

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store team
• Assign registers and coordinate breaks for associates
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Ensure tasks align with store plan and communicate priorities with management
• Support loyalty and credit programs and participate in shrink reduction goals
